We're seeking an
Implementation Engineer
with a strong background in cybersecurity, particularly in
device management, monitoring, and endpoint security solutions
. This role bridges presales and delivery: you'll work closely with customers to shape solutions, showcase capabilities, and ensure smooth rollout of security products.

What You'll D

  • oPartner with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and design the right solutions
  • .Run demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts with prospective customers
  • .Deploy and configure tools for mobile device management (MDM), remote monitoring (RMM), and patching
  • .Support clients throughout presales and into delivery — ensuring smooth implementation
  • .Produce clear technical documentation and assist in proposals/RFPs
  • .Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance during and after deployment
  • .Keep up to date with industry trends in endpoint, cloud, and network security

What We're Looking F**

  • or2–5 years' experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on exposure to MDM, RMM, or Patch Management platform

  • ).Previous experience in presales/customer-facing technical role
