Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our HR and talent acquisition team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist in various recruitment tasks and gain hands-on experience in the hiring process. You will be involved in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for interviews, while gaining valuable exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases for accurate record-keeping
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates and provide basic role information
  • Support onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating first-day activities
  • Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms
  • Conduct research on salary trends, competitor benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with HR team to support recruitment and general HR tasks
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR and recruitment departments
  • Help organize career fairs, recruitment events, and webinars
  • Assist in creating marketing content for recruitment, including social media posts and email campaigns
  • Share suggestions to improve recruitment strategies and internal processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (LinkedIn, etc.)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Pay: Php200.00 per day
