We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process changes

Key Responsibilities:

·       Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

·       Document existing workflows and design optimized processes using process mapping tools

·       Develop and present recommendations for process improvements or transformations.

·       Lead and support initiatives related to process excellence and operational efficiency.

·       Work closely with project managers, business units, and IT to implement process changes.

·       Monitor performance metrics and track the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.

·       Ensure alignment of process improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
