Business Analysis Role Overview

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and ERP technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of M3 BE Supply Chain Planning (SCP).

A typical day in this role involves gathering, analyzing, and investigating business requirements related to M3 BE SCP. The Business Analyst designs solutions and creates test plans to ensure the final implementation meets defined business requirements.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design solutions and create test plans.

The Business Analyst also performs product maintenance and support activities, investigates and validates reported bugs, and conducts various testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and performance testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business analyst with 3-4 years of experience.
  • Supply Chain Planning process experience.
  • ERP experience.
Desirable Skills
  • Good technical skills such as SQL, Java or other related programming languages.
