
Supply Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supply Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations for our business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 4- or 5-star hotel operations, with proven expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and materials control. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant supply of goods and services that meet operational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage procurement and supply processes across operational units.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient materials management.
- Source products and negotiate contracts to secure optimal pricing, service levels, and favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import regulations, and government licensing requirements.
- Oversee inventory and warehouse management for perishable, non-perishable, bar, duty-free, and dry store items.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams on menu development and product innovation.
- Maintain accurate supply data, market trends, and forecasts in the system for timely decision-making.
- Prepare monthly reports on material volumes, reimbursements, savings, and logistics performance.
- Support centralized sourcing initiatives and contribute to new business projects.
- Supervise supply team members including buyers and assistants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in 4- or 5-star hotel operations, airline catering, or hospitality-related industries.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Deep understanding of food supply management and material costing.
- Excellent negotiation, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with import regulations and supply agreement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Above-average business writing and communication skills.
- Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret data visualizations.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Physically fit to handle walking and stair-climbing activities.
