Corporate Maintenance Strategy Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) for Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS), consumables, repair parts, and components.

  • Conduct studies and analyze data to support TSD's strategic programs aimed at improving equipment availability and efficiency.

  • Coordinate with Purchasing and major suppliers for the efficient implementation of parts supply contracts.

  • Supervise and monitor site-level maintenance planning activities in coordination with TSD heads.

  • Participate in the creation and execution of major/minor component changeout plans and short/long-term mechanical repair strategies.

  • Develop and roll out maintenance workflows, strategies, and policies; perform performance audits across operating sites.

  • Provide logistical support to OpCo planning teams related to parts transactions, services, training, and after-sales/warranty issues.

  • Monitor and report OpCo budget vs. actual costs and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Collate and verify PM master data, including equipment lists, functional locations, manpower allocation, and measuring points.

  • Train Mine Site Maintenance Coordinators on the preparation and execution of maintenance processes and master data management.

  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering

  • PRC license

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, strategic engineering, or a related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Willing to travel to site locations as needed
