Job Mission:The Corporate Strategy Officer will support the Team Leaders of the Corporate Strategy Team by providing ideas, information, problem structuring, and conducting analysis used in the development of the Portfolio and Strategic Business Unit (SBU)-level Strategies of the Aboitiz Group. What You Will DoRun Strategy Process: Support the team leaders in executing the AEV, SBU, and CSU strategy processes; introduce new ideas and approaches; streamline processes; coordinate annual strategy exercises in conjunction with the budgeting process; facilitate ongoing strategy dialogues at AEV and SBU levels.

Formulate Strategic Plans and Initiatives: Conduct research to identify market changes/trends and assess their impact; develop and analyze options and responses; collaborate with SBUs and stakeholders to develop new opportunities, especially those attractive to the board of directors. Support Strategy Execution: Assist senior leaders in executing strategies; establish monitoring measures; create and manage dashboards to track progress and impact. Handle Special Projects: Manage specific projects related to Portfolio or SBU Strategy, such as investment reviews, competitive benchmarking, and ad hoc analyses for management or the board.

Financial Modeling: Develop and run financial models for analysis, capital allocation, scenario planning, etc. What We're Looking ForA graduate of Business, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or equivalent

Experience in developing and evaluating business plans

At least three (3) years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, or business development

Preferred experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, or equity researchCPA and/or CFA certifications are advantageous
