Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing healthcare account in BGC. If you're passionate about helping others and have experience in the BPO industry, this is your opportunity to join a team that values compassion, communication, and professionalism.
This role will involve assisting patients, providers, or healthcare partners with inquiries related to care management, benefits, and services through phone, email, or back-office processing.
Start Date: September 01, 2025
Work Setup: Blended – Inbound & Outbound Calls, Back-Office Tasks

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner
- Handle outbound calls for follow-ups or care coordination
- Process back-office healthcare-related tasks accurately
- Document all interactions according to company and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and empathy
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Must be a High School Graduate or above
- Minimum of 18 months experience in BPO handling customer-facing roles
- Experience in healthcare or care management is a strong plus
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in BGC
- Amenable to start by September 1, 2025
