What You'll Do

As a Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be the go-to hero for client members when it comes to their healthcare and pension plans. Your role is all about making things simple, supportive, and stress-free for customers.

  • Helping members via phone, chat, and email.
  • Building trust and empathy while solving concerns.
  • Explaining healthcare & pension info in a way that's clear and easy to understand.
  • Handling sensitive info with respect (HIPAA + data privacy compliant).
  • Keeping accurate call notes and documentation.
  • Cross-training on multiple clients to level up your skills.
  • Joining team huddles and ongoing training sessions.

Salary & Perks

Pay depends on your BPO experience

  • 1 yr – ₱26K
  • 2 yrs – ₱27K
  • 3 yrs – ₱28K
  • 4 yrs – ₱29K
  • 5 yrs – ₱30K

Plus:

What We're Looking For

1+ year CSR/BPO experience (voice, international account only)

Must be bachelor's or associate degree holder

Strong comms, empathy, and professionalism
