Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The CSR Manager will be responsible for planning and executing CSR activities and campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives align with the company's values and goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and evaluating CSR projects, reporting on impact and progress, engaging employees in CSR activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple projects
  • Experience in developing and implementing CSR strategies
  • Relevant experience in the social or environmental sector
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Social Sciences, or Environmental Studies
