Role Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven 
Social Media Marketing Manager
 to lead our digital presence in the Philippines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ortigas, Pasig City. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, growing our online community, and executing campaigns that convert into leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content including reels, posts, and stories
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and competitors to stay ahead in the market
  • Analyze performance data and generate monthly reports
  • Coordinate with the travel sales team to align marketing with promotions and packages
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and videos
  • Run paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (travel industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of content creation, reels, copywriting, and online trends
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
  • Experience in lead generation and performance-based marketing is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
