Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoice details, ensuring proper approvals and matching with purchase orders and receipts.
  • Prepare and execute weekly check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain vendor files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing by preparing accruals and reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and adherence to payment terms.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other departments regarding invoice and payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing schedules and documentation as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a shared services or multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and automated AP processes.

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
