Job Description

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms, ensuring strategic keyword targeting, performance tracking, and budget alignment. You'll execute data-driven strategies that drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize conversions through continuous testing and refinement.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google/Microsoft Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, keyword tools, and bidding strategies
  • Experience with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Your Daily Tasks

  • Build and manage paid search campaigns from keyword strategy to ad copy and bid optimization
  • Monitor performance, conduct A/B tests, and implement ongoing optimizations
  • Maintain budget pacing and align with overall media plans
  • Conduct QA on campaign setup, tracking, and landing page alignment
  • Generate performance reports and deliver insights to channel managers and analytics teams
  • Stay current with platform updates and emerging trends
