About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Machine Technician who can operate and maintain the molding machine. As a Technician, you will play an essential role in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality components.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines, ensuring optimum machine performance and consistent product quality.
  • Set-up molds in molding machines and ensure mold set-up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate production records and machine logs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure compliance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues during production.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to less experienced staff as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2–3 years of solid experience as a Plastic Injection Molding Machine Technician or similar role in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding techniques, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting machine manuals, technical drawings, and production data.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Vocational/Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology preferred.
