Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper mounting and dismounting of molds.
  • Ensure to set-up mold based on plan
  • Ensure that machine alarm setting is activated
  • Ensure that the standard operating procedure is properly followed.
  • Check and performs material changes according to production loading schedule.
  • Ensure proper use of crane hoist to perform mold changes and maintenance of molding machines.
  • Ensures that mold is in good condition & accessories are complete upon receiving prior proceeding to up mold
  • Responsible for proper handling and maintenance of all assigned tools in the area.
  • Maintain 6S and safety in a work place.
  • To implement and enforce employee to comply company's code of conduct and policies
  • And all other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements.

Job Specifications/ Qualifications:

  • Educational Background – Must posses at Vocational or Bachelor's Degree
  • Licensure - Not Required but a Plus Factor
  • Work Experience
  • With at least 1 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in Plastic Molding / Injection Molding industry
  • . Skill Attributes required (if any)
  • Knowledgeable in Injection Moulding Machine & Robot of Injection
  • Mold set up skill and experience
  • Must know how to read drawing
  • Must know how to do repair and parameter checking of injection mold
  • Must know how to assemble/disassemble Injection Mold
