Position Overview

The Production Operator is responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines and related equipment to produce high-quality molded components. This role ensures consistent production output, performs basic machine adjustments, maintains a clean work environment, and adheres to all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and operate the assigned Injection Molding machines to produce quality product.

  • Must be able to visually inspect parts for clarity and defects to insure a quality product.

  • Keep a work area clean and comply with 5S process for assigned area.

  • Remove parts from molds and degate, deburr, and/or deflash the parts as required to meet quality standard

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
