For the Finance Assistant role, the team is seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of financial management principles, keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Job Description

  • Document Management: You will be responsible for meticulously scanning, organizing, and filing all finance-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and maintained according to company policy.
  • Bank Deposits: You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and submission of bank deposits, including the verification of all deposit slips and supporting documentation. You will also handle account openings and closings, and serve as the main person in charge of bank-related errands.
  • Financial Logistics: You will act as a liaison for the Finance Department in handling errands, particularly those involving the BIR and other government agencies.
  • Administrative Support: Act as a central point of contact for ad-hoc requests from the finance team, responding promptly and efficiently to support their daily operational needs.

Key Performance Goals You Might Be Evaluated On:

  • Document Management: Monitor and maintain filing systems for financial documents
  • Financial Logistics: Ensure the timeliness of bank transactions and ad hoc errands.
  • Operational Support: Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of tasks handled, as well as responsiveness to ad-hoc requests

Minimum qualifications

  • Education and Certification: : A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration course.
  • Professional Experience: Prior experience in an office or administrative support role is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (e.g., scanner, printer).
  • Knowledge: A strong commitment to accuracy and a results-oriented mindset.
