As a Treasury Assistant, you are responsible for assisting in managing the organization's cash flow, and financial assets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Ensures that all collections, either cash or check, are deposited to maintain cash positions.
  • Prepares daily cash position reports.
  • Validates payment deposited and reconciles with credit and collection records.
  • Assist and support treasury staff in physical cash counting activities.
  • Petty cash handling
  • Accomplish administrative tasks such as filing of OR slip and AP vouchers/check
