Key Responsibilities:

Bank Administration

  • Treasury Management system administration for bank accounts, bank signers, and legal entities
  • Work with the team on new Bank Account form filling and KYC Requests utilizing OpsCheck Task Management system
  • Assist with bank portal administration/maintenance for the team and TPA users
  • Assist with maintenance of team's corporate card program
  • Point person to perform 3rd Party vendor callbacks for fraud prevention
  • Work with Treasury team to assist in FBAR reporting
  • Filter and prioritize incoming email requests to Treasury team
  • Assist with ad-hoc team projects as needed

Treasury Operations Support

  • Daily Treasury reconciliation support for team funds
  • Assist Treasury team with cash management for bespoke client mandates
  • Receive and process requests in Treasury Management system for new wire templates
  • Assist with future state reconciliation process with 3rd Party Administrator
  • Ad-hoc assistance with facilitating day to day cash operations

FX Hedging Support

  • Work with FX Treasury team to complete trading sanity checks
  • Perform Level 1 tasks in FX Treasury workflows to be reviewed by FX Treasury team
  • Take part in FX Treasury meetings.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Treasury, payment processing, or banking services experience
  • Understanding of Fund Administration is a plus
  • Strong Excel knowledge and technical aptitude
  • Must love problem solving and reconciling data
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Intellectual curiosity with an appetite to constantly learn more
  • Strong work ethic, organized, and high attention to detail
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible to changes and can excel in a fast moving working culture
  • Flexibility to work during U.S. business hours
