About the role

Citicore Power Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Operations Sr. Assistant to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As the HR Operations Sr. Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of HR administration tasks, ensuring accurate payroll processing and overseeing employee benefits and records management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course;
  • 5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation and Benefits;
  • Must have a background in processing manual payroll and tax annualization;
  • Exposure in the Power Industry will be an advantage;
  • Must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and should have organization and administrative skills.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing;
  • Administer employee benefits, including government-mandated and company-initiated;
  • Maintain employee records and files, both physical and digital, in compliance with relevant regulations;
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures;
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects;
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify process improvements and enhance HR Operations service delivery.
