  • Prepares check and check vouchers both for trade and nontrade suppliers in compliance to set policies and procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy of check & check voucher details and bank account used.
  • Ensure that all check sent to authorized signatories are covered by monitoring, transmittal and handles well during delivery.
  • Ensures accuracy and timelines on the preparation and submission of all reportorial requirements.
  • Ensures completeness of cash vouchers series, monitors its timely liquidation and summarizes the expenses.
  • Issues Acknowledgement Receipt and other documents related to cash or check collection of intercompany transactions.
  • Releases cash to members intended for payment to government agencies, cash funds, and reimbursements.
  • Updates the Control Sheet Monitoring daily and ensures that all processed checks are being monitored promptly.
  • Update the daily monitoring of Checks for Encashment and ensures submission of reports to the intended internal users.
  • Monitors the availability of check book to be used for payment processing and prepares request for check booklet when needed.
  • Monitors the cash received from co-members, prepares Acknowledgement Receipt and ensure timely transmittal to Treasury Department as scheduled.
  • Assist the Head in the preparation of schedules needed for monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements.
  • Maintains systematic filing, safekeeping of unused checks, cash logsheet, voucher duplicates and other documents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management.
  • At least 1 year experience in general accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
  • Must be highly motivated, can work under pressure and hardworking person.
  • Has analytical skills, keen into details, excellent communication and interpersonal skill, computer literate and good numerical ability.
  • Willing to be train at Ortigas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
