Job Description

  • Content Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and static graphics for social platforms.
  • Copywriting: Draft compelling and brand-aligned captions, blog snippets, and social media copy.
  • Trend Analysis: Proactively research and identify current social media trends, sounds, and content formats to maintain brand relevance.
  • Asset Management: Organize, tag, and maintain a library of visual and video assets for future use.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content consistency and strategic alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Course/Degree: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design or a related creative field.
  • Experience: Must possess a strong personal portfolio or active social media presence demonstrating creative production (video editing, graphic design).
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with professional or semi-professional editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Soft Skills: High level of creativity, excellent written communication skills, and a keen eye for visual detail.
  • Time Requirement: Ability to commit 20-30 hours per week on an output-based schedule.
