The Role:
As our Team Sales Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and leading our Direct Medical Sales team. Your leadership, creativity, and experience will drive your team's success and propel your own career forward. You'll motivate, guide, and grow Account Executives, making a meaningful impact on both the company and your professional journey.
First 6-Month Deliverables:
- Saturate Your Market: Proactively develop and dominate your assigned territory, uncovering new business opportunities and laying a solid groundwork for the team's growth and long-term success.
- Team Growth: Start by managing 2 Account Executives, with the goal of expanding your team to 8 members within 6 months to 1 year, fostering growth and collaboration.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Motivate and guide a team of Account Executives toward achieving and exceeding business targets.
- Support New Recruits: Help new hires build robust prospect lists, master the sales process, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Monitor Sales Activities: Track sales activities and conversion rates to maximize results and consistently achieve goals.
- Ensure Smooth Transactions: Conduct regular reviews of sales documents to ensure accuracy and smooth client transactions.
- Foster Innovation: Encourage creative thinking within the team to identify new marketing opportunities, especially during quieter periods, to expand our customer base.

Your Profile:
- Degree holder preferred, but candidates with at least 5 years of successful direct sales experience or at least 1 year as a Unit Manager are encouraged to apply.
- At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role, or a top-performing sales agent eager to take on higher responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector.
