What You'll Do:

• Accountable for master data maintenance in all Global MDM domains with a focus on Master Services (MSER)/ LIS-LOINC Mapping, and Product Catalog
• This includes data cleansing, deduplication, and harmonization with the goal of loading data into MDM Core database
• Close collaboration with the Global MDM and BI teams (MDM Specialists, MD Governance Specialist, BI Specialists, ETL Developers, MDP Developers) as well as with the business in the respective countries (Local Data Managers) who act as requestors
• Work together with the Service and Data Quality Specialist to improve the data quality and service quality (e.g. data quality, ticket response times, quality of worked tickets)
• In case of free capacity, support the colleagues in our team who are accountable for other Master Data Portal modules such as Assets, Facilities, Legal Entities, Fleet and HR.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced Knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services and PowerBI
• Basic Knowledge of S4/Hana MM, FI and Co in master data related transactions and tables (nice to have)
• Attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills
• University degree
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
• Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good to have: Domain knowledge in the medical laboratory industry especially for objects like: Assets (Analyzers/Models), Reagents and Lab Supply Materials, Business Partners, Master Services, Product Catalog, Facilities and Legal Entities
