We are looking for a Master Data Lead to join our global operations hub in Makati. This role will play a critical part in governing, maintaining, and developing master data across our ERP systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The Master Data Lead centrally governs the creation and maintenance of master data in IDEMIA's main ERP systems, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and internal customers' requirements. The role ensures that master data across Finance, Projects, Customers, Materials, Employees, and Suppliers is accurate, consistent, and up to date, enabling smooth business operations and decision-making.

• Govern, manage, and maintain master data within ERP and business application systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and others).

• Ensure timely and accurate creation and modification of master data in line with SLAs.

• Provide advice and support on master data creation and updates across domains (Finance, Projects, Customers, Materials, Employees, Suppliers).

• Maintain and develop master data process documentation, ensuring relevance and compliance.

• Monitor and review systems to guarantee data quality, accuracy, and integrity.

• Conduct system testing and validation to troubleshoot and resolve master data–related issues.

• Support project teams in data migration activities.

• Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for master data governance.

• Coordinate master data involvement in global and local projects.

• Implement new master data processes for projects, enhancements, or business developments.

• Train, mentor, and guide junior Master Data Officers, providing coaching and support.

• Hands-on experience in master data management.

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, IT, Finance, or related field).

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a strong plus).

• Strong Excel skills and good command of MS Office applications.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 minimum).

• Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Customer service orientation with strong stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
