What you will be doing

The MDM Associate is responsible for day-to-day master data creation and maintenance in support of business processes.  Supports projects to analyze, cleanse, enrich and monitor master data elements. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and effective master data through data maintenance, analysis, audits, data reconciliation, maintenance support, documentation, reporting, and communication.

  • Support synchronization of master data across multiple systems.

  • Support internal controls and audit information requests.

  • Support process improvements, productivity or efficiency objectives requested or assigned.

  • Complete special projects, ad hoc analysis, and desk manual documentation.

  • Conduct or participate in cross training with other team members.

  • Participate in the implementation of master data governance processes.

  • Ensure that the MDM KPIs/SLAs are being met with high quality and timeliness for both day-to-day and Project based request.

  • Handling of minor, escalated issues, exception items and/or queries

  • Recommend and roll-out process improvements within the MDM Team.

  • Handle other tasks assigned by the Accounting Team Leader/Supervisor which may include process migrations to SSC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA is a plus.

  • 2 years relevant working experience in Oracle Master Data Management. 

  • Satisfactory English communication skills, both written and oral

  • Practical knowledge of ERP applications.  Oracle experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
