Job Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Commerce Graduate
  • With 2 to 4 years' experience in Master Data Management along with SAP exposure but Mandarin (Read, Write, Speak) language is mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable of LSMW
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
  • Knowledgeable of Oracle/Maconomy/Navision MDM processes would be an advantage
  • Good verbal and Written Communication Skills, candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
  • Maintenance of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
  • Maintaining reports
  • Co-coordinating with Stakeholders
  • Verification of Documents provided for Master records
  • Follow up with Vendors and Internal teams
  • Managing/Saving Documents on Shared Locations for Audits
  • Participating in Internal/External Audits
  • Promptly Escalate matters to senior members
  • Working on Daily queues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php38, Php40,000.00 per month
