We are hiring an Admin Support professional to join our team in Metro Manila. This opportunity is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start their career, as well as candidates with prior administrative experience. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist different departments, and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating activities.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Support internal teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by assisting with logistics and basic office management duties.
Qualifications
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in administrative support.
  • Must be based in or around Metro Manila.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field is preferred (but not required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
