Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel and Tours Admin Assistant based in Metro Manila. The Admin Assistant will manage administrative tasks, maintain effective communication with clients and partners, provide clerical and executive support, and ensure seamless office operations. Additional responsibilities include handling phone inquiries, supporting travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records to support business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage day-to-day office operations effectively
- Strong Communication and professional Phone Etiquette to interact with clients and partners seamlessly
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, organizing, and general support for leadership
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email tools
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
