You will be responsible for :
Website Development & Hosting Management
- Build, maintain, and optimise client and agency websites, predominantly on WordPress, and also on Shopify and other CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Handle website migrations, backups, and restorations with minimal downtime.
- Implement performance optimisations (loading speed, caching, SEO-friendly structure).
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement new features, landing pages, or integrations.
Email & Communication Systems
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot SMTP integrations and email deliverability issues.
- Develop and maintain scripts or automation for email systems, aliases, and routing.
- Ensure proper integration between email platforms and CRM/marketing tools.
DNS, Domains & SSL
- Manage DNS configurations, including A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
- Implement and maintain SSL certificates and other security certificates across client and agency sites.
- Troubleshoot domain-related issues affecting websites, email, or integrations.
Security & Maintenance
- Perform malware scans, vulnerability assessments, and site cleanups.
- Implement security best practices for websites and servers.
- Develop scripts or automated solutions for monitoring uptime, performance, and security.
Technical Support for Marketing Teams
- Support Ad Ops team with technical implementations, tracking pixels, tag management, conversions, and integration troubleshooting.
- Assist SEO team with technical issues such as indexing, site structure, schema implementation, redirects, and page optimisations.
- Ensure smooth integration of analytics, marketing automation, and third-party tools.
CRM & Internal Tools Development
- Support CRM setup, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Build scripts or automation to improve data flow, reporting, and marketing efficiency.
- Ensure internal tools are optimised for performance, security, and usability.
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Document technical solutions, code changes, and workflows.
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline technical operations and team workflows.
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support or System Administrator role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have working knowledge of 4+ years experience in web development, system administration, or technical operations., Strong proficiency in WordPress; experience with Shopify and other CMS/e-commerce platforms is highly desirable., Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with CMS platforms., Experience with SMTP, email integrations, and deliverability troubleshooting, Knowledge of DNS, SSL certificates, web hosting, and security best practices. and Experience supporting marketing teams, including SEO and Ad Ops, with technical implementations.
