  What You'll Be Doing Reporting directly to a Philippines-based manager, the Service Delivery Team Member will play a key role within the Service Delivery Team, contributing to the continuous development, maintenance, and optimization of web pages and digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll ensure high-quality digital performance and support process efficiency across the business. Your responsibilities include:
  • Develop and Optimize: Build and maintain responsive web pages using semantic HTML and modern CSS. Optimize sites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Manage Content & Campaigns: Create, review, and test marketing campaign content. Ensure high-quality content and participate in site/hub builds.
  • Contribute to Knowledge: Write, contribute to, and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
  • Drive Improvement: Actively provide feedback on processes that appear disjointed or outdated to drive continuous business improvement.
  • Reporting: Utilize MS Office Suite at a high level for accurate and timely report creation.
  What You'll Bring
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in semantic HTML and modern CSS techniques.
  • Optimization Experience: Proven experience with website optimization for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Software Skills: Expertise in utilizing all MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Core Competencies: Detail-oriented mindset for quality assurance, strong collaborative skills for code reviews and feedback, and the ability to effectively manage assigned accounts.

  • Experience participating in code reviews and contributing to front-end best practices.
  • Prior background in content management systems or hub maintenance.
  • A proven track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture.
