Responsible for executing the day-to-day operational duties and responsibilities of the Shack that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all ingredients for the day
  • Organize stocks and ensure that FIFO procedure is followed
  • Weigh and record individual ingredients for wastage tracking
  • Make the inventory of all the ingredients
  • Follow proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably with kitchen experience
