
Brand Officer

OVERALL TASK: To support the development and implementation of Cibo's brand strategies. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement with the target audience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the brand identity, including visual elements, brand guidelines, and tone of voice, to ensure consistency across all brand communications and materials.
- Develop compelling and creative content for various marketing channels and platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials, to effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience.
- Manage the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking, to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation, and use findings to inform brand strategy and decision-making.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and events, by assisting with content development, logistics coordination, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate the production of brand collateral, such as brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items, working closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all touchpoints and customer interactions.
- Performs any other task to be given from time to time.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: College Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Marketing or related fields
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or related field, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.
SKILLS:
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Internet savvy
- Advance knowledge in various computer applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ; Photoshop
- Honest and trustworthy
- Friendly, confident and personable
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
SUPERVISION: Standard; attention to detail required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
