Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Payroll and Accounts Executive to handle HR, payroll, and accounts-related matters for our operations in the Philippines and Singapore. This role focuses primarily on payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee record management for Philippine staff, along with supporting KPI tracking and commission reporting. The position also provides support in accounts and administrative matters for both the Philippine and Singapore entities. This is a remote role, and the candidate must be based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Administration (80%)

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for Philippine staff, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.)
  • Maintain and update employee master files, including personal data, employment terms, and benefits
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee movements
  • Monitor and update leave records, attendance, and staff claims
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and government remittances
  • Handle employee payroll and HR-related inquiries with discretion and professionalism

KPI & Commission Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales staff KPIs and commission schemes
  • Prepare monthly KPI and commission reports
  • Develop and present monthly performance decks to management in Singapore
  • Support in refining KPI structures and tracking tools

Accounts & Admin Support (20%)

  • Assist with monthly accounting closing activities for both the Philippines and Singapore entities
  • Prepare payroll-related journal entries and support reconciliations of payroll, staff claims, and expenses
  • Support in documentation, basic bookkeeping tasks, and coordination with external service providers (e.g., auditors, tax agents)
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin and reporting tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR administration, and basic accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
  • Experience in handling multi-entity support, especially Singapore accounts, is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HR/payroll/accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog
