Job Qualification

-High School graduate or Vocational Course.

-With Tesda Training/Certificate is advantage.

-With at least 1 experience in fast food or kitchen as service crew or cashier.

-Willing to assigned in LANDERS SUPERSTORE OTIS, MANILA CITY.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Operations
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained in the kitchen
  • Maintain health and sanitation across the work areas
  • Ensure complete and constant cleanliness of utensils, surfaces and cooking areas
  • Operates griddles, deep-fat fryers, grills, ovens, and other large-volume equipment for cooking
  • Find out if the food prepared is in line with the quantity and quality laid down by the company's requirements
  • Measure the right amount of ingredients required for food preparation
  • Follow the recipe in preparing all foods
  • Inventory
  • Facilitates periodic physical inventory.
  • Customer Service
  • Renders friendly, courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Documentation
  • Submits Food Service-related documents to Food Service Supervisor for verification, approval, recording and safekeeping.
  • Performance Commitment
  • Strictly follows Company Rules and Regulation, Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strictly observes standard safety and security measures.
  • Immediately reports all issues and concerns affecting the section to the Food Service Supervisor.
  • Others
  • Ensures availability of food service supplies/ingredients and makes necessary requisitions through the Food Service Supervisor.
  • Ensures good housekeeping and cleanliness in the work area.
  • Supports special projects and performs other duties as may be required by the Store Manager.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Willing to assigned in Landers Superstore Otis.
