HR Labor Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Legal Compliance & Employee Relations
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and HR practices comply with the Labor Code and other relevant regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters including administrative hearings, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Draft, review, and update company policies, memoranda, notices, and compliance guidelines.
- Provide legal guidance on labor concerns, employee disputes, and HR-related processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of cases, incident reports, and disciplinary records.
2. Contract & Document Management
- Prepare, review, and finalize employment contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure secure and organized filing of all HR and legal-related employee records.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of employment agreements, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments.
- Prepare legal letters, notices, and official communications for management as needed.
3. Government Compliance & Coordination
- Coordinate with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other government agencies for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory reports, updates, and documentary requirements.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance checks conducted by government agencies.
4. HR Administrative Support
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and support HR programs, training, and compliance initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen HR operations.
5. Policy Development & Training
- Develop, enhance, and communicate workplace policies and compliance guidelines.
- Conduct training on labor standards, company policies, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure consistent and fair implementation of company rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in labor law, legal administration, or HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in HR documentation, investigations, and disciplinary procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
