Mc Wilson Corporation – a restaurant group behind some of the country's most beloved upscale casual dining brands – is currently seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our Kaokee Restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Restaurant OIC in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead and supervise shift teams, ensuring that performance targets such as sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency are met or exceeded.
  • Implement operational programs and initiatives aimed at improving store processes and team productivity.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Act as a role model for excellent customer service, handling guest concerns with professionalism and ensuring positive dining experiences.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a casual dining restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent customer service and floor management abilities, with a focus on delivering consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.
