About the role

As an Accounting Officer at Everest Scaffolding Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Guiguinto Bulacan and requires a strong background in financial accounting and reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger
  2. Preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses to support management decision-making
  3. Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions
  4. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulations
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
  7. Continuously seeking ways to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry
  3. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues
  8. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulations
