About the role

As the Social Media Specialist for the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) - Government, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the organisation's digital marketing strategy. This full-time position, based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, will involve managing the company's social media presence across multiple platforms to effectively engage with our target audience and promote the organisation's initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and curate engaging social media content to promote CITEM's events, products, and services
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to raise awareness and drive audience engagement
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve the organisation's digital presence
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to enhance the organisation's online presence
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and comments from the organisation's social media followers

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of popular social media platforms and their unique features and best practices
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and visually appealing content
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse social media performance metrics to inform content strategy
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts and communities
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
