About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Paid Ads & Social Media Specialist to lead our digital advertising, social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and marketing activations across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is an expert in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, with proven results in campaign planning, optimization, and performance reporting. This role requires both creative storytelling and analytical precision, managing end-to-end marketing initiatives that bridge digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
A. Paid Advertising & Marketplace Campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads campaigns with precision.
Manage ad budgets strategically to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals.
Launch and monitor Google, Shopee, and Lazada ads as part of integrated marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on performance trends.
Coordinate with the e-commerce and creative teams to align campaigns with ongoing promos, launches, and sales targets.
B. Social Media & Content Management
Develop and execute a cohesive social media content and campaign calendar.
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social platforms.
Write compelling ad copy and captions with strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Work with the design team on visual concepts using Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, and other tools.
Track engagement metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to grow reach and conversion.
C. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, and brand partners for collaborations.
Oversee sponsored content, giveaways, and joint social media campaigns.
Coordinate marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and events to build community engagement and brand visibility.
D. Traditional & Cross-Channel Marketing
Support offline campaigns, such as tournaments, product launches, and retail activations.
Manage marketing materials and merchandising displays in coordination with design and sales teams.
Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital and physical channels.

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in paid ads and social media management.
Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (required).
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Shopee MyAds, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools (AI tools a plus).
Excellent copywriting skills and strong English communication (written and verbal).
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A self-starter with creativity, initiative, and strong commercial awareness.
