Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
- Prepare and update reports (inventory, sales, attendance, etc.)
- Coordinate with store departments regarding supplies, schedules, and personnel concerns
- Handle communication with suppliers and internal departments
- Support HR and accounting in monitoring employee attendance and petty cash expenses
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the management
Qualifications:
- At least College level or Graduate of any business-related course
- With experience in administrative or clerical work, preferably in a retail or supermarket setting
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Flexible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
