Role Description

This is a part-time, remote contract role for a Training & Systems Coordinator. The coordinator will manage daily tasks related to training, system administration, and providing technical support. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing employee training programs, maintaining operational efficiency of systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of platforms used by the Opulent Touch team. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize workflows and support technology adoption will also be a critical component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess system operations and identify improvements
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams, delivering training, and explaining technical concepts clearly
  • Expertise in system administration and information technology to manage platform functionality
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical support to resolve issues promptly
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with software training methods and best practices is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
