Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper to support ASR Davao with ongoing bookkeeping and document management needs. This role will assist with maintaining financial records, organizing documents, preparing data for taxation, and supporting compliance activities. The position is primarily home-based but requires onsite reporting when handling physical documents or completing tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and documents.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Organize, prepare, and store documents needed for taxation and compliance.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and basic financial reports.
- Coordinate the collection and preparation of physical documents during tax-related periods.
- Ensure proper filing systems for both digital and physical financial records.
- Support ASR Davao management in meeting reporting deadlines and documentation requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and capable of managing financial documentation with accuracy and care.
- At least 1–2 years of bookkeeping or general accounting/related experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a home-based setup.
- Willingness to report onsite in Davao when required.

- Requires adequate visual and auditory acuity to perform data entry, documentation, and communication tasks.
- May involve occasional time-sensitive responsibilities requiring focus and composure under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
