About the Role
- The Client is a global luxury resort wear house celebrated for its cinematic glamour, one-size-fits-all kaftans, and inclusive approach to elegance. We are seeking a Head of Brand Strategy & Marketing — a visionary who sits at the intersection of art and analytics, creativity and commerce, storytelling and scale.
- This isn't a standard marketing position. It's a leadership role for someone who understands that luxury is both a feeling and a formula — someone who can turn beauty into data-driven growth, and data into emotionally resonant storytelling.
- You will serve as the brand's strategic heartbeat — defining how the world experiences The Client, from first impression to lifelong loyalty. Working hand-in-hand with the Creative Director (who also serves as Art Director), you'll ensure every campaign, image, and touchpoint embodies The Client's signature essence: timeless glamour, effortless confidence, and unapologetic femininity.
Core Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and protect The Client's brand identity — tone, language, color, emotion, and visual world.
- Craft and evolve brand positioning that fuses cinematic storytelling with inclusivity, ensuring The Client stands apart from the luxury crowd.
- Develop and maintain a living Brand Playbook to guide design, marketing, and communications teams toward a unified vision.
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate brand values into tangible creative direction across photo shoots, product campaigns, and social content.
- Monitor competitors, trends, and cultural moments to keep The Client timeless yet relevant.
- Design full-funnel marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Lead all digital and performance marketing channels — including Meta, Google, email, and influencer campaigns — balancing precision with imagination.
- Create and execute campaign calendars tied to product drops, seasonal collections, and brand milestones.
- Translate analytics into action: monitor KPIs, optimize spend, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Employ luxury marketing psychology — using ethos, pathos, scarcity, and social proof — to build desire and loyalty without reliance on discounts.
- Collaborate directly with the Creative Director/Art Director to conceptualize, plan, and execute visually stunning campaigns that perform as beautifully as they look.
- Bridge creative and analytical teams — ensuring visuals and copy are both on-brand and on-target.
- Coordinate product launch timelines with inventory, PR, influencer, and e-commerce teams for seamless execution.
- Support global PR and influencer activations to extend The Client's storytelling into new markets and audiences.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing, social media, and creative support teams.
- Build systems and workflows that align creative vision with measurable outcomes.
- Encourage innovation, accountability, and excellence across departments.
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to the Founder — helping guide long-term brand direction, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.

- Have experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle marketing — ideally with a DTC or digital-first brand.
- Are passionate about inclusivity, storytelling, and creating experiences that empower women around the world.
