We're looking for a
proactive and detail-driven Product Coordinator
to support
EMEA product lifecycle operations
—from
SKU setup and packaging development
to
sample requests and digital asset management
. If you're organized, tech-savvy, excellent with documentation, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration, this role is the perfect match for you.


What You'll Do


• Manage EMEA SKU setups for finished, non-finished, inline, and special make-up items


• Validate, submit, and track Sample Request Forms (SRFs) for multiple teams


• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Logistics, and Account Management


• Maintain accurate SRF trackers and documentation


• Prepare, review, and submit VBOM/BOM2 requests


• Collaborate with Product Management, Packaging, and Designers for new packaging


• Upload and manage digital assets, collections, and organized folders


• Communicate product & packaging updates to Sales Operations


• Ensure accurate packaging BOMs for special make-up items


• Maintain the EMEA Replacement Parts file


• Organize product management files and shared drives


• Join weekly brand, product, and marketing meetings


• Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse on sample inventory accuracy


• Support creation of catalogs, product lists, and marketing materials


• Handle product inquiries from internal teams


• Assist with special projects as needed


Who We're Looking For


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field


•
2+ years as a Project Coordinator
with exposure to
Product Lifecycle or Product Development


• Experience with SKUs, order management, and supply chain workflows


• Proficiency in
Smartsheet
and
Microsoft Excel


• Familiarity with Agile, Centrix PLM, or similar systems (a plus)


• QA experience or global work exposure (a plus)


• Average English communication skills


• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask


• A great sense of humor and strong team spirit
