The Product Development & Production Assistant owns the end-to-end journey from design intent to bulk delivery across Women's Swim, Apparel, Resort and Accessories. Drive accuracy, timelines, cost, quality, and data hygiene while keeping vendors and internal partners moving in lockstep.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Create CADs and technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Build complete tech packs, BOMs, graded specs, and packaging details.
  • Prepare placement guides and provide layered artwork to mills/factories.

Fit & Sampling

  • Coordinate and join fit sessions; record measurements, comments, and approvals.
  • Track Proto/SM/PP/TOP samples and manage lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and materials.

Costing & Compliance

  • Build cost sheets and support margin targets through construction/value-engineering.
  • Coordinate required product testing and maintain AU/UK/US compliance documentation.

Production Management

  • Maintain critical paths, timelines, and WIP trackers.
  • Manage vendor communication, QA standards, and bi-weekly WIP calls.
  • Create and maintain POs in Cin7; track production to ex-factory.
  • Arrange inspections, manage CAPAs, and coordinate logistics documentation.

Systems & Data

  • Manage product records in PIM/PLM systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Use Cin7 for SKUs, variants, POs, and receipts.
  • Support Shopify/Style Arcade setup (bonus).
  • Maintain trackers in Excel/Google Sheets and update SOPs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product development/production for global fashion brands (swim/apparel required; accessories preferred).
  • Strong pattern and fit knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Excel/Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with Cin7 and PIM/PLM systems; Shopify and Style Arcade a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
