  • Manage team rostering to balance workload, productivity, and cost.

Technical Ability:

  • Skilled in managing high-volume inventory with retail-specific tools.
  • Experienced in rostering and workforce planning for inventory operations.
  • Apply customer insights to improve service delivery and profitability.
