We are looking for an Asst. Store Manager. If you are committed to customer service and possess leadership skills, then you will be a perfect addition to our team.

The Asst. Store Manager's role is to:

· Ensure that all departments are able to develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Ensure proper display of merchandise based on standards.

· Ensure that excellent customer service is rendered by all the departments at all times.

· Ensure that all departments are able to provide the monitoring and analysis of stock replenishment details.

· Facilitate merchandise replenishment in all critical areas of the store.

· Plan systematic merchandise movements with the Department Heads and ensures adequate stocks in all departments at all times.

· Recommend merchandise and suppliers for possible display rentals.

· Ensure accurate and proper implementation of the cycle count procedure.
