About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee the operations of our flagship sports brand retail store in the heart of Metro Manila. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate retail associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth for our thriving brand. This is a full-time, in-store role based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and loss prevention
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets
  4. Coach, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding results
  5. Analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Ensure the store is well-merchandised and maintains a visually appealing presentation
  7. Collaborate with the regional management team to implement company-wide initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably within the sports or fashion industry
  2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving operational efficiencies
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
  5. Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
  6. Passionate about the sports and lifestyle industry with a keen eye for visual merchandising
