About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our growing team at MANHATTAN CAFÉ' in Northgate Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy café, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.What you'll be doing

Managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staffing, and financial management

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive in-store experience

Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue

Monitoring and analysing store performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency

Fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or food and beverage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement

Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant business tools

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable in-store experience

Familiarity with local regulations and industry best practices in the retail and food and beverage sectors
